Mbewa Soaps started in 2021 in a small kitchen in Nairobi's Ngong Road. Our founder, Sharon Oduor, was a young mother looking for gentle, affordable skincare products for her daughter — and couldn't find anything she truly trusted.
So she made her own. Using locally sourced shea butter, coconut oil, and natural fragrances, she crafted her first batch of soaps. Word spread quickly through her neighbourhood, and soon, orders were flooding in from across Nairobi.
Today, Mbewa Soaps is a proud Nairobi brand offering a full range of cosmetics, adorable kids' clothes, and beautiful accessories — all curated with the same love and care that started it all.
